3 Positives:
rest

a little fun
My Journey Notes:
I had my first SVT episode in a long time. Luckily, I was able to get it to stop without having to go to the ER for treatment. I haven’t had a breakthrough episode like that in several years and no idea what might have triggered it other than lack of sleep. And if that’s the case, I’ve got to figure out how to not have insomnia! 😉 The one good thing coming out of it, was that I was able to rest for a couple of hours once the heart rhythm had reset. Feeling fine this morning — so hopefully, we’ll be able to get things back on track today.

3 Positives:
checked off a few “extras” on the to-do list for the week
got a start on a new 12 part project
enjoyed watching a movie with T again last evening
My Journey Notes:
Early morning message from the doctor yesterday as hoped for. He liked the TSH numbers a lot and thinks they should stay pretty stable. No change in medication or dosage for the time being. I’m definitely good with that! We’ll do another blood draw at the end of the year or right after the first of the new year.
Again… The daily lists are working well for now. I checked off all but two things on yesterday’s list. I’ve moved one thing to Friday’s list and one to Saturday’s – just for convenience sake since we’ll be out and about doing some other things those days in those areas of town.
3 Positives:
6 of 12 mini projects in the sketchbook
blood draw done and results are in
take out from Bella’s for dinner – YUM and under $50
My Journey Notes:
Blood draw results for TSH were much better than the last several months. I think we’re pretty close to the target numbers the doctor wants to see. Fingers crossed. Still having an issue with getting one of my prescriptions refilled, so we’ll see how that rolls out later this morning. I’m thinking we may need to change pharmacies again as the open hours have shrunk significantly in the last couple of months and they aren’t open on the weekends now either. And it’s difficult to get there while they’re open and at least one of my meds doesn’t qualify for home delivery at last check.
Insomnia cycle is back in play. Memory is holding it’s own, though I’m grateful for my helpers who support me and keep me moving forward and supply answers when needed.
