My Journey Notes:
Adjustment in med dosage starts today after a call with the PCP re the results of Monday’s bloodwork. Back up a notch but for 5 days a week. We’ll see how that goes — another blood draw in about 30 days. Things are still a bit wonky overall and not settling where they need to be without lots of crazy side effects. Still not losing much in the weight department, but I guess a few ounces is better than none at all.
List started for the day. It’s getting longer and longer and I’m really hoping to get most of it crossed off before this evening. Routine for the morning has begun.

My Journey Notes:
Waiting for the call from the dr.’s office about bloodwork — interesting results. Got down to the nitty gritty of the pharmacy issue yesterday and took care of a couple of other things while on the phone with the insurance company yesterday morning. At least that prescription snafu is sorted and hopefully an updated note will be in the system and the out of pocket info will be updated as well by tomorrow. Notes for dealing with that issue were helpful in staying on track!

My Journey Notes:
Waiting on a call or text from the doctor’s office today about the results from yesterday’s blood draw. Could be we’re going to be adjusting again. Levels may be just a tad too high for his liking.

Yesterday’s visit with the pharmacist was interesting. Calling the insurance company today to get the dirty details on dispensing quantities and if those 9 pills are for 3 months or longer. Gotta love it when they won’t approve a refill – and you can’t count the out of pocket towards your deductible. I’m already having to decide which migraines to treat and which ones to let run their course by letting them bloom fully before taking the med which is supposed to be taken at the onset.

Last night’s first session using the sleep/meditation app was a bust. LOL My phone shut off 15 minutes into the recording. Going to have to work on that tonight if I’m going to achieve the goal for the week.

My Journey Notes:
Yesterday wasn’t the best of days memory wise. I have found that I do need a step by step morning routine to stay on track before getting to the things I’d like to do in the moment. I got out of “step” yesterday morning and that messed things up for a while. Hoping for a better day today. New list to start out Monday and the week and checking things off a little better at the end of the day to make sure things are done.

My Journey Notes:
If it’s not on the list…. yep, it won’t get done! Things have to be on the list, calendar, somewhere visual – if it’s not, well, it’s unfinished history. We were running through the important dates for August yesterday and there’s evidently a birthday I’d forgotten about. So now that’s back on the calendar in my studio so I’ve got a visual reminder. I have a list of cards to get done in the next few days so they’re ready for delivery and mailing – today’s a good day to work on them, I think.
