3 Positives:
We have water for the garden again and I was able to reset the timers without help.
Made time for a little extra reading — and finished two short stories.
Got a sincere thank you from a friend.

My Journey Notes:
New dosage is helping to relieve some of the issues I went to the doctor for this past week. The weather has settled a bit so no need for the new migraine med yet, though headaches are still a part of the daily scene. Had a crazy bp reading yesterday. Hoping for a better one this afternoon. Time to start tackling the daily list. 😉

come, learn, experience

3 Positives:
A doctor that listens.
I learned another “new to me” thing yesterday using some software I’m not really familiar with.
I am able to help a friend with a project – last night it was paper and today it’s clay. Hopefully, she’ll feel better this evening and will be able to put the elements together and complete her 12 fairy gardens.

My Journey Notes:
Enjoyed spending a little time with the family last evening. Most everyone was there. It was fun to watch the grandkids play and hear updates from the older ones — we have one graduating next week, going on a senior trip the day after with her family and another celebrating his birthday as well. B-day cards delivered as were a couple of other cards from last month as the recipients didn’t attend.

3 positive things:
We saw a beautiful and complete double rainbow last evening. The colors were vivid!
No straight line winds yesterday in our area
I only woke up 2x last night instead of every 2 hours. Definitely a +

My Journey Notes:
3 positives for Saturday:
Learned something new (to me) on the PC since I’ve not used one as my primary computer for a long, long, time. I do miss my MAC.
Spent a couple of hours with a friend helping her finish setting up her new computer – it’s got lots of bells and whistles. I asked about a printer — but she’s not quite ready for that. LOL
Finished reading the last 75 pages of a book – Garden of Memories. I liked it.

My Journey Notes:
Ever had a day where you were just unsure of next steps? Yep, and yesterday was one of those. Thankfully, most of the problems were resolved without too much difficulty, but dang, that was kind of crazy.
Having to switch from MAC to WIN after nearly 15 years, as my MAC is dying and can’t be upgraded. At least the printer is communicating with the WIN laptop now and I was able to scan a document that I will need to print and hopefully, things will continue to work as hoped for in the next few days as I need to get started on my ministering and father’s day cards by this weekend in order to have everything done and in time to mail out before the end of the month.

3 positives for the day:
Checked off several boxes on my to-do list for the day
Went to a favorite specialty food store and picked up a few things for some upcoming meals
Picked the final design for ministering cards for June.
