It was a very cold and windy day yesterday – typical for Idaho November/December funerals. We appreciated the local VA group and AFB Honor Guard for providing the military honors yesterday. It was the icing on the cake at the funeral. Most of the family was in attendance – and it was good to see everyone. I’m looking forward to seeing the photos of the family in a few days.

Spread a little “jam” today

Spread a little “jam” around today… find some happiness over the course of the day. Today is funeral day. He was surrounded by family last evening. All but one of the grandchildren was able to make it and it was wonderful to see the cousins visiting together at the dinner and at the mortuary.
