Finished reading a book
Spent some time outside and did a bit of yardwork before the heat of the day set in.
Worked on a project – didn’t finish, but did get it started.
My Journey Notes:
The daily list of to-do’s is absolutely needed. I’m finding I get distracted easily and lose my focus. Not sure if that’s due to still not having the thyroid levels where they need to be, the “d” or just the added stress of two family situations we have no control over but that are directly impacting us. UGH!
