echoes….

“Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.”  Mother Theresa

When our hearts are full of Greatness, we have the energy to go farther than when our hearts feel empty.  Nurture the words that bring joy, love, thanksgiving, gratitude, honor to our hearts and souls.  There will be days when finding the positive will be difficult — but continue to look for the joyful things.  There will be a spark, a flicker of light to hold on to.  Use it well and nurture it, tend to it.  Help it grow and flourish.  Transform!

Have a greatness filled day

“I need the daily praise and encouragement that comes from those close to me, and others, to help me live at my best.  I cannot do it on my own.”  Rev. Dale Turner

Feelings generated by words can bring about a myriad of feelings — highs and lows.  Share the words that make someone feel good and you feel good too.  The energy shared is wonderful.

Nurture the heart of someone you hold dear today.  Share something from your heart with theirs.  Help them along their path today and as you do that, your journey will seem a little easier as well for a piece of time as well. There is a beauty in the Nurtured Heart Approach and the language of nurturing that can’t but help become who YOU are along the way.  Have a greatness filled day!

“I only wish you could see what I see when I look at you.”  Kobi Yamada

Be kind, loving and supportive with yourself, using your energy towards being your own best friend is an essential part of nurturing one’s self. Everyone benefits, everyone grows. The best part of this transformative process is that as you change, others change to — they like what they see and feel about you and want what you have.

Planters of greatness….

“I’ve learned that people will forget what you said,.  People will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”  Maya Angelou

We are often the “planters of seeds” with our words.  What are planting today?  Are we planting beautiful gardens for the future by using words of greatness that will transform those we are continually interacting with?  Are we nurturing and seeding our own gardens with self-talk of greatness?  Today’s challenge is to end the day with a feeling of greatness and greatitude.  Who’s joining me?

If you have the courage to begin,  you have the courage to succeed.”    David Viscott

You are courageous.  You are fearless.  This is your journey of Greatness.  Be patient with yourself — just as the butterfly or moth is patient when emerging from the cocoon.  As the wings dry, strength is gained — and as you step forward in your own greatness and recognize your Inner Wealth, step by step, you will transform and honor the Courage that is within.  BE the YOU  you are meant to BE.

Welcome 2012

“Another fresh new year is here. . . another year to live! To banish worry, doubt, and fear, to love and laugh and give! This bright new year is given me to live each day with zest . . . to daily grow and try to be my highest and my best! I have the opportunity once more to right some wrongs, to pray for peace, to plant a tree and sing more joyful songs.”   William Arthur Ward

I’m looking forward to many great things this year and hope you are too.  With Greatitude,
Jan

unwrap your greatness…

Your potential?

“Think of what you are and all the fantastic potential.”                                     Leo Beuscaglia

Don’t leave it all boxed up in 2012 – unwrap it and let it go!  See where your greatness will take you!  Make a list of your gifts and talents and then explore one or more of them daily!  USE THEM!  SHARE THEM!

There’s a beautiful connection both personally and with others as you experience this opening of your gifts; exploring, discovering, and sharing.
