just one step

Have hope and the confidence to take the first step in making a change within. First steps can be difficult, challenging and scary.

What steps do you need to make the change you desire?

Choose just one to work on today. At the end of the day, reflect on the progress you’ve made; even if it seems that you didn’t make the “goal” for the day, don’t give up. Keep trying because when you look back in a week, month or two, a year from now, remember, each day you tried, you came a little closer to the end goal because you didn’t give up or give into you fears to make the change(s) you wanted to make. The end result is that any changes you made in yourself impacts the world around you.
