made some “ok” English muffins with the sourdough discard – I think next time, we do the full version with actively fed discard or sourdough start
dr appointment went well
another night of good sleep
My Journey Notes:
Reminded to keep up the walking — and dr was happy that most of the sleep issues have been resolved with recent changes in routine and meds. Stress levels have gone down a lot since my last visit. We did talk about a few other things I’ve had some concerns about. He did order some other bloodwork so we’ll see what those results are — should have them today.

My Journey Notes:
So far, so good for the most part. As long as I have a list, things get done and mostly on time. I am finding that my energy levels drop significantly mid-morning – looking to up my protein intake at breakfast and see if that helps level things out a bit and maybe avoid taking that nap before noon. 😉
