My Journey Notes:
Monday’s bloodwork is bringing another change to the thyroid meds. Levels still not as stable as the Dr. would like. The pharmacy is having to “find” the pill as it’s not one they keep on hand. Second time this week they’ve had to delay filling a scrip for me this week.

I have several things on the to-do list today that absolutely have to be tackled – including making a couple of phone calls which are not my favorite thing to do.

21 pints of peaches – sealed and ready to go on the shelves
caught the migraine in time
got a little more sleep last night

the salsa batch was bigger than anticipated, and yummy to boot — it has a real kick!
first batch of zucchini bread baked for the season – regular and chocolate chip

to-do list for the week is getting checked off. YIPPEE!

Success in a current 3D paper project and a simple hand cut leaf idea provided the answer need for a project finish. I’m also going to try to learn to spin!

My Journey Notes:
Waiting for the call from the dr.’s office about bloodwork — interesting results. Got down to the nitty gritty of the pharmacy issue yesterday and took care of a couple of other things while on the phone with the insurance company yesterday morning. At least that prescription snafu is sorted and hopefully an updated note will be in the system and the out of pocket info will be updated as well by tomorrow. Notes for dealing with that issue were helpful in staying on track!

If it’s not on the list…. yep, it won’t get done! Things have to be on the list, calendar, somewhere visual – if it’s not, well, it’s unfinished history. We were running through the important dates for August yesterday and there’s evidently a birthday I’d forgotten about. So now that’s back on the calendar in my studio so I’ve got a visual reminder. I have a list of cards to get done in the next few days so they’re ready for delivery and mailing – today’s a good day to work on them, I think.
