My Journey Notes:
Last week’s eye surprise for T means additional changes in how things move forward. We rolled out the first of the changes last week and those will continue at least until after the first of the year. He did get a nice walk in yesterday and nearly completed his goal of steps for the day. I have a feeling some of our long term plans are also about to change — so trying to figure out how to adapt to those as well as keep things moving in as positive a way as we can. The lists just got a little longer!

finished project 2 of 2 – videos done, editing complete
a pretty good night’s sleep

finished a book and started another…
looked through some ideas for upcoming birthdays and an anniversary
slept much better overall last night

My Journey Notes:
Routine. Routine. Routine. If that is out of whack most of the rest of the day is out of whack. We’re going to have to make sure that the first of the morning stuff is out of the way before diving into other stuff – because the things on the to do list for the day may not get done in a timely manner if there’s a deadline looming. Ran into that this past week a bit. Hoping to do a little better this week.

baked cupcakes for the bday boy (and froze a majority of them for later)
got a little more sleep than I have in the last few days

Enjoyed a quick trip to the fruit stand
Fresh fruits and veggies from local farms and growers brightened the day
I remembered the steps on how to create a color palette in Procreate and then designed an element using the palette for next month’s ministering card.

When life seems bleak, zoom in on the smallest reminders of hope.
