My Journey Notes:
I think we may have hit on the right dosage for the thyroid med. Not having the previous issues with side effects – so hopefully, that will help keep things stabilized for the time being. And as long as I have a list, I do pretty good overall. On the days I don’t keep to the routine, I tend to lose track of things more… so here’s to another daily list to check off!
